The standard plans run as containers under Incus, the successor to LXD. They share the host system's kernel and start in seconds. The KVM plans are fully virtualized, with their own kernel and a free choice of operating system, including a graphical interface via the browser console.

Minimum term for new orders. After that, the contract continues for an indefinite period and is cancellable with one month's notice. For business customers 12 months, then renewal for twelve months at a time, cancellation with a notice period of three months to the end of the term.
Consumers can withdraw from the contract within fourteen days of its conclusion without giving any reason.
You pay only the monthly price. All prices include VAT.
A .de domain is included in the plan for the entire contract term, not just in the first year.
If you pay twelve months in advance, the price is reduced by 5%. The term is then twelve months. Without a renewal, the contract then continues at the monthly price.
Business customers can choose to pay 24 months (10% discount) or 36 months (15% discount) in advance.

You receive Glowcoins worth the first monthly amount of the order. One Glowcoin equals €0.10 and is credited against your invoices.
Your referral link is in the customer portal under "Werben und Glowcoins" (Referrals and Glowcoins). The credit appears 30 days after the order has been paid.
A person who manages your server can get separate access, for example for the console and restarts, without access to invoices or cancellation.
You decide separately for each server and each action. For example, one person may only restart the server, while another can also open the console.
Each person logs in with their own email address and confirms every login with a code sent by SMS. You do not need to share your own password.
Only the contracting party can make cancellations, orders and changes to master data or the payment method.
You see the email address and a description that you assign yourself. In turn, you appear under a name of your choice, or under a pseudonym if you prefer.
