The company
Glowfish GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 2006 as a provider of server, web and services hosting. In addition, we offer consulting, planning and installation of networks as well as custom setups for consumers and business customers.
Services
From a single web server to a redundant database cluster with load balancer, monitoring and failover concept: we plan, build and operate the systems our customers need for their business. We develop the management software ourselves, from the customer portal to billing.
Both founding managing directors come from market-leading companies in the provider and hosting industry. Our staff are ISO 27001 Foundation certified.
Company philosophy
Four principles we have followed since the company was founded.
Price and service
We are not the cheapest provider on the market and do not intend to be. Our prices are transparent and calculated. We do not finance discounts through hidden costs or reduced services.
Fair from the start
The price agreed when the contract is concluded is the price during the term. We announce changes with a notice period, and they entitle you to cancel.
Customer satisfaction
We set our own quality requirements and continuously develop our products, measurable by availability, response time and operational stability.
People first
Flexible organization, direct communication: for projects that do not fit a standard plan, we work out a solution together with you and take care of the technical design.
Own hardware, own software
We operate our servers ourselves in a German data center and develop the management software in-house. We continuously publish the current operating status of all systems.
