Server monitoring

We check your servers, websites and services from the outside and alert you to an outage by email and, if you wish, by SMS. Available for any server, including systems that are not hosted with us.

Plans

All plans without a setup fee, term of twelve months, then cancellable monthly.

A check is a single measurement against one address, for example a ping to a server or the retrieval of a page. If the same system is checked in several ways, each way counts separately. The systems do not have to be hosted with us.

10 external checks: ping, port and service, website status. Every 5 minutes, one monitoring location, alerts by email, 30 days of history. No software on your system.

We measure from up to three locations. The number of monitoring locations per check depends on the plan.

You select the monitoring locations when you order and can change them later for each check in the customer portal. If a service fails at only one monitoring location, the alert names that location.

Additional checks

Checks beyond the quota of your plan, individually or in bundles, can be added more than once.

Access for additional users

Your service provider can get view access to the checks and their history, for example during an incident, without access to your other contracts.

Permissions per server and action

You decide separately for each server and each action. For example, one person may only restart the server, while another can also open the console.

Separate login for each person

Each person logs in with their own email address and confirms every login with a code sent by SMS. You do not need to share your own password.

Contract changes by the contracting party only

Only the contracting party can make cancellations, orders and changes to master data or the payment method.

Display without real names

You see the email address and a description that you assign yourself. In turn, you appear under a name of your choice, or under a pseudonym if you prefer.
