Our own hardware in a German data center, operated and maintained by us.
Data center
Operation in an ISO 27001 certified data center in Germany: access control, uninterruptible power supply, backup generators and early fire detection.
Network
Multi-homed network infrastructure with peering at a German internet exchange. Dedicated IPv4 address in all server plans.
Storage
NVMe storage in all current plans, with redundancy. No tape storage in the access path.
Backups
Daily backup of web hosting plans. Snapshots and optional backup storage are available for servers.
Maintenance
We carry out planned work on weekdays between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m. and announce it in advance.
Management
Management in the customer portal: restart, reinstallation, domains, mailboxes, databases and access.
Data protection and law
Your data is stored exclusively in Germany and is subject to German law. We do not use subcontractors outside the European Union. Details are in the Privacy policy.
