Additional services for servers and mailboxes: we install system updates, monitor reachability, give connections with a changing IP address a fixed hostname and filter spam from your emails. Each service can be booked individually.

We install system updates and restore operation if the server fails. Not included: installation and configuration of software, troubleshooting of third-party software.
Three plans, none of which require an installation on your system. Measurements are taken from Cologne and Munich (Europe) and Hong Kong (Asia). The number of monitoring locations per check depends on the plan. Alerts by email, from Business also as SMS alerts.
10 external checks: ping, port and service, website status. Every 5 minutes, one monitoring location, alerts by email, 30 days of history. No software on your system.
50 checks: everything in Basis, plus DNS, certificate expiry and content checks for keywords. Every minute, two monitoring locations, alerts also by SMS (25 included), status page, 90 days of history.
200 checks: everything in Business, plus an agent for load, memory, disk space and running services. Every 30 seconds, all monitoring locations, 100 SMS included, status page on your own domain, 12 months of history.

Google misst in unserem Auftrag, welche Seiten aufgerufen werden, wie lange jemand bleibt, über welche Seite er zu uns kam und mit welchem Gerät. Daraus sehen wir, welche Angebote gesucht werden und wo jemand nicht weiterkommt. Ihre IP-Adresse wird dabei gekürzt, bevor sie gespeichert wird; der Standort wird nur auf Stadtebene bestimmt. Werbefunktionen haben wir abgeschaltet: weder „Google Signals" noch personalisierte Werbung sind eingeschaltet, und wir geben die Daten nicht an Werbenetzwerke weiter.
