What happens to my save after cancellation?
A world that a group has built over months should not disappear with the contract. That is why we do not delete the last save immediately.
90 days after the contract ends
The last save is stored for 90 days after your contract ends. If you order a new game server with the same game during this time, you find the save in the customer portal under "Gespeicherte Spielstände" (Saved games) and transfer it with one click. The new server first backs up its own state, so nothing is lost.
Downloading in advance
As long as your contract is active, you can download any backup. If you want to keep your world permanently, save it to your own computer before the contract ends.
Switched games? The old world is kept
With Spieleserver Flex, you can switch the game at any time. The world of the previous game is kept: for each game, we keep the last five saves, and when you switch back, the most recently played one is loaded.
