Referrals and Glowcoins

Your customer portal contains a personal referral link. Anyone who orders via this link receives a discount on their order. You receive Glowcoins, which you can apply to your own invoices.

What both sides receive

An example: if someone orders a vServer for €12.00 per month with monthly payment via your link, they pay €10.80 in the first month. We credit you with 120 Glowcoins, which equals €12.00.

What a Glowcoin is worth

• One Glowcoin equals €0.10.
• Glowcoins are valid for 24 months. The customer portal shows when the next batch expires.
• You apply Glowcoins to open invoices in full or in part in the customer portal. With partial application, at least €5.00 remains open and is paid via your usual payment method.
• Glowcoins are not paid out in cash.

How to proceed

1. Retrieve your referral link in the customer portal under Werben und Glowcoins (Referrals and Glowcoins).
2. Share it with friends and acquaintances, colleagues, your fellow players or the viewers of your channel.
3. The credit appears 30 days after the new customer's first invoice has been paid in full.

Limitations

Referrals apply to new customers. Orders placed on your own account or on an account that is recognizably attributable to you do not trigger a reward. If a referred order is reversed, we revoke the credit. A coupon and the referral cannot be combined. The higher discount applies. If the coupon is applied, no reward is earned.
