Creating your own Hytale server
Your own Hytale server runs around the clock, even when you are not playing yourself. Your players can join the same world at any time.
The server software
Our servers run the official Hytale server software, downloaded with the official downloader from Hypixel Studios. Hytale is in early access, so the game and the server must have the same version. After a Hytale update, players can only join again once the server has been switched to the new version.
Sign-in with your Hytale account
A Hytale server must be signed in once with a Hytale account. For this, the customer portal shows a device code that you confirm with your account. The sign-in persists across restarts. If the server was off for more than 30 days, you need to sign in again.
Settings
- World name
- Game mode: Adventure or Creative
- Seed for world generation, optional
- Server password, optional
All settings are optional when you order and can be changed in the customer portal. The seed only applies to a new world.
Connecting players
Players connect from the Hytale game on PC using the server's address and port. Both are shown in the customer portal.
Players per tier

You can change the tier at any time. On the same server, you can switch to one of the other games free of charge. The Hytale world is kept.
